Éclairs

Our éclairs are not as expected. These éclairs are truly French with a delicious chocolate or coffee flavoured cream for a moreish taste. Hand finished with a flavoured pâtissier coating.

These are perfect as an indulgent dessert or to be served with an afternoon tea. Also available in a mini option.

Ideal for restaurants, hotels and coffee shops.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Water - Chocolate 13% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin) - Eggs - Wheat flour (gluten) - Sugar - Concentrated butter (milk) - Modified manioc starch - Vegetable fats (palm kernel, palm, shea, copra) - Milk lactose and milk proteins - Milk cream - Glucose syrup - Fat-reduced cocoa powder 1% - Whey powder (milk) - Skimmed milk powder - Salt - Gelling agents: pectin, carrageenans, xanthan gum - Emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, soya lecithin - Natural vanilla flavouring - Acidity regulator: citric acid.
